Automatic cold heading machine

Automatic drilling and tapping machine
Fully automated screw machining replaces manual labor, transforming semi-finished screw blanks into finished screws with standard threads through processes like thread rolling (extruding external threads) or tapping (cutting internal threads), enabling high-volume, fast-paced production.

XRF spectrometer:
Responsible for measuring the "chemical composition" (controlling the material of the feed).
Determine the alloy grade and anti mixing material, and verify whether the material of the incoming steel meets the requirements of the drawing
Image Measuring Instrument:
Responsible for measuring "size" and physical appearance (first piece/semi-finished product size inspection).
Non contact measuring equipment. Accurately measure all two-dimensional dimensions of the screw, including pitch, outer diameter, length, head height, concentricity, angle, etc., to ensure that the sample fully meets the drawing specifications.
Digital push-pull force tester:
Responsible for testing the "firmness" of the sample (mechanical performance testing).
Detect the tiny parts of micro screws and self tapping screws, as well as the depth of the surface hardening layer after surface carburizing and nitriding heat treatment. It can accurately measure the hardness of extremely thin surface layers.
Microhardness tester:
Responsible for measuring "hardness" (hardness testing after heat treatment).
Detect the tiny parts of micro screws and self tapping screws, as well as the depth of the surface hardening layer after surface carburizing and nitriding heat treatment. It can accurately measure the hardness of extremely thin surface layers.
Electric constant temperature drying oven:
Responsible for the "pre-treatment" of samples (preparation before experiments).
Removing moisture and drying, assisting with cleanliness testing, evaluating whether the cleaning meets the standards
Fully automatic CCD visual inspection equipment:
100% inspection of finished products (before packaging and shipping).
100% full inspection and sorting: Capture parts with high-resolution cameras and compare them with set standard samples in a very short time. Once size deviation, missing teeth, eccentricity, surface cracks, rust spots, mixing and other conditions are found, the system will trigger the cylinder or high-pressure blowing to blow the defective products (NG) directly into the waste bin, and the good products (OK) will enter the finished product bin. Ensure that the final product sent to the customer is 100% qualified and free of defective products.
Warehousing
Warehousing center, standardized storage and turnover of products. The warehouse is standardized, clean and dry, and dust-proof, moisture-proof, and rust-proof storage standards are strictly implemented to effectively ensure the stable quality of stainless steel, carbon steel, non-standard precision screws and other products.
The warehouse implements classified and partitioned layout with clear markings. Raw materials, semi-finished products and finished products are stored in partitions. Inventory is organized, inventory is efficient, and delivery is accurate. Relying on refined warehousing management, it can quickly adapt to small order customization, large batch orders and long-term supply needs, with fast stocking speed and high shipping accuracy.
The standardized warehousing system controls product quality from the source and eliminates oxidation, scratching, and mixing problems to stabilize inventory and efficient delivery, providing customers with reliable supply guarantees.
